"Creed" of Deut 26:5–10 and Fruitfulness

"Creed" of Deut 26:5–10 and Fruitfulness

Postby rob » June 9th, 2010, 5:52 am

I am looking for treatments of the "little historical creed" in Deut 26 that develop the idea that it ends not simply with the taking of the land, but with the land's fruitfulness. This is mentioned in passing by a number of commentators, but rarely developed to any depth, so far as I've found.

Thanks for any pointers you pass along!
